We are looking for a Solutions Consultant with extensive expertise in UKG products. Your role will encompass every phase of software project implementation, from initial requirements analysis & configuration through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and the final go-live. You will be pivotal in understanding client needs, crafting detailed design documentation for UKG product configuration, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption of these systems. Key Responsibilities: -Lead client consultations to gather and analyse workforce management needs. -Create detailed design documentation for configuring UKG products to client specifications. -Configure UKG products to meet client requirements. -Collaborate with internal teams on additional integration and custom reporting requirements. -Oversee the implementation process, including UAT and support during go-live. -Provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring successful UKG solution adoption. Qualifications: -Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Consultant, particularly with UKG products. -In-depth understanding of the software project lifecycle. -Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. -Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. -A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, HR, or a related field.
