Bringing over 16 years of expertise in delivering UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, Yasmine has an impressive track record of leading complex projects across a wide range of sectors, including retail, manufacturing, logistics, and services. Her experience spans coordinating resources, facilitating customer-facing workshops, and delivering innovative solutions to drive successful outcomes for clients.
Throughout her career, Yasmine has demonstrated excellence in end-to-end WFM consultancy, from process framework design and requirements gathering to solution demonstrations and test readiness support. As a mentor and leader, she has guided graduates, junior consultants, and new starters, fostering the next generation of talent in the WFM industry.
Notably, Yasmine played a key role in supporting early adopters transitioning to UKG Pro WFM providing best in class consultancy. Her ability to guide customers through this evolution cements her reputation as a trusted expert in the field.
Having delivered solutions for prestigious clients such as Boots, Coca-Cola Europe, Mondelez, and Jaguar Land Rover, Yasmine is excited to bring her experience and leadership to CDS, where she will play a key role in expanding our service offerings and delivering impactful results for our clients.
