Rotherham, 4th November 2024 — Connected Data Solutions Ltd (CDS) is delighted to welcome Jo Wilmott as Solution Services Manager.
Jo’s workforce management journey began 25 years ago in Customer Support at DCS Solutions, later acquired by Kronos UK. As Kronos became UKG, Jo’s roles changed to include Solutions Consultant and most recently Service Architect, giving her a varied range of expertise and different perspectives on the client’s needs and how the business can help them.
Jo has worked with clients in a variety of verticals including Retail, Manufacturing and Distribution in the UK and globally; and has experience across the UKG product suite, including Attendance, Forecasting, and Scheduling. She has been a trusted advisor to hundreds of clients, drawing on her wide experience to deliver industry leading strategic planning, project guidance, and world-class HCM solutions.

As Solution Services Manager, Jo will oversee our growing Solution Consultant team, develop our product offerings, deliver our operational goals, drive innovation and further our relationships with clients and partners. She will report to the Practice Director and will play a critical role in expanding our services and ensuring CDS continues be a market leading partner in workforce management and beyond.
